AS I SEE IT

What a contrast to a British winter. Spain 2020, just before the Pandemic struck. Janet and I spent what passes for winter down in the south, where the sun shines most days and the sky and sea really are blue.

 

Toward the end of one gorgeous early February day I was cycling above the beach just along from the small coastal town of Rincon.

 

As the sun dropped the intensity of colour became amazing. My aim was to distil into these three images what I was seeing and experiencing, excluding all unwanted activity, just focusing on the relationship between sea, sky and beach.
